Meet Our Team

Faiz Mustansar

Founder & Software Developer

I founded this site with Harkirat and Michael after seeing tools like UWFlow and LaurierFlow — we thought Guelph needed one too! I worked on building the frontend, managing the database, and writing Python scripts to organize web-scraped data. I'm also active in hackathons like HackCanada and love playing competitive soccer, badminton, ping pong, and basketball. I’m also into COD and FIFA!

Michael Czomko

Co-founder & Data Engineer

I joined this project early on to help gather and process data for its core features. Since then, I’ve taken on a lot of the data processing and extraction work and developed useful insights. I first got into coding by making Minecraft mods and, over time, transitioned to scripting languages like Python, with a focus on machine learning. Outside of using my computer, I enjoy astrophotography, running, mountain biking, swimming, snowboarding, and baking 🍪.

Harkirat Soomal

Co-founder & Software Developer

I co-founded a platform with Faiz and Michael, where I worked on building the frontend and making sure everything looks good and works well for users. I like turning ideas into something people can actually use. In my free time, I enjoy boxing to stay active, reading books that make me think, and learning about different ideas in philosophy.

Talha Naveed

Software Developer

Hi! Back in my first year as a UofG student, there were so many aspects of University that were intimidating and confusing, and there weren't many resources available for new students. When I was approached by the team at uoguelph.courses, I eagerly joined knowing this platform solved the problems I faced as a new student. I worked on most of the database components as well as various frontend pieces throughout the project. Outside of programming, I'm active in sports like badminton and soccer.

Lina Abu Elezz

Software Developer

I decided to be a part of this platform to contribute to my community and help fellow students with the struggles that they may face when selecting courses, building a schedule etc., Im excited about everything we have coming up, so stay tuned! When im not working, I enjoy playing football, hanging out with friends or listening to music. Fun fact about me is that my favorite artist is Ariana Grande. :)

Zohair Ahmed

Software Developer

I joined the project during its development phase, immediately recognizing its great potential. When invited to work with the team, I couldn't refuse. Currently, I'm implementing new features and integrating APIs to enhance functionality and user experience. I'm passionate about building projects and enjoy learning various programming languages that catch my interest. Outside of work, I mainly enjoy playing and watching soccer. I'm also an avid fan of extraction shooter games like ABI.
